How do I post an ad?

You can post a free ad at anytime by simply clicking the Place Ad button on the homepage or the Place Ad link at the top of any page. This will guide you through our simple posting process or click here to post an ad now.


How do I edit my ad?

You can edit your ad by simply clicking the Edit ad button on your ad and logging in to your account. From there, select which ad you want to change and click Edit ad. This will guide you through our simple editing process.


How do I bump up my ad?

You can bump up your ad by simply clicking the Bump up ad button on your ad and logging in to your account. From there, select which ad you want to bump and click Bump up ad. This will guide you through our simple editing process.


How do I delete my ad?

You can delete your ad by simply clicking the Remove ad button on your ad and logging in to your account. From there, select which ad you want to delete and click Remove ad on MedAdverts. This action cannot be undone.


How do I add or remove pictures?

You can add or remove pictures by logging in to your account and going to the Edit ad section. From there, select the ad you want to change and click Edit ad on MedAdverts. Scroll through to the Images field where you can add new pictures or remove existing ones. Each ad can have up to ten pictures.


When will my ad expire?

Your ad will automatically stay online on MedAdverts for two months, unless you remove it. You can remove your ad yourself at any stage by going into Remove ad on MedAdverts. It’s a good idea to remove your ad when you’ve sold the goods advertised. In this way you can avoid people calling or emailing you unnecessarily about the sold goods. A few days before the two months are up and your ad is due to be removed we’ll send you an email, just in case you want to renew your ad for another two months.


Can I post my ad over the phone?

At this time, we do not offer a service that allows users to place ads over the telephone. But, posting an ad on MedAdverts.com is easy! Simply click the Place Ad button on the homepage or on the link at the top of any page. This will guide you through our simple posting process. Or click here to post an ad now.


Who will see my ad?

If you post your ad in a particular city, the ad will be visible to everyone browsing the city level, the state level and the country level. However, if you do not specify a city and state, the ad will only be visible to people browsing on the country level. Your ads will get more visibility if you specify your city and state during the ad posting process.


Can I put a link in my ad?

Yes, you can post a link in your ad. If you enter a web address starting with http it will become a clickable link in your ad. Avoid putting a comma or other punctuation at the end, as it may be considered part of the address.


Is it free to post ads?

Yes. MedAdverts.com is 100% free. You can post ads, browse ads, and respond to ads all for free. There are no fees or commissions. There is a payment option to keep your ad at the top of our listings click here to post an ad now.


Do I need an account?

No. You do not need an account to post ads, browse ads, or respond to ads. Once you post an ad, you are eligible for a free account.


How do I find my ad once it has been posted?

From the MedAdverts.com home page, click on the category that you chose while posting your ad. Then click 'Change location' on the left column of the website, enter your chosen location to make sure you are browsing in the correct geographic location. You can also find your ad by using the search bar and searching for your ad by entering your email address. My ad has been posted, but I can't find it. To locate your ad, click on the category that you chose while posting your ad. I no longer have my confirmation email. How do I make changes to my ad or account?

Go to our Lost Password page and enter your email address. Once you have created a password for your account, you can log in anytime to post, edit or delete your ads.


I am having trouble uploading my pictures.

If your images are very large, they may take extra time to upload, especially if your internet connection is a bit slower than others. We recommend that you try making your images smaller by using photo editing software on your computer. You can also try adjusting the settings on your camera so that pictures are saved at a more reasonable size, like 1024x768.


How do I respond to an ad?

To respond to an ad, an email will be sent to you from us informing you that a user on MedAdverts is interested in your ad. Then you can reply to the user using your own email account. Our system will send your message to the author of the ad but will not display your email address for added security.


Can I contact people who have looked at my ad?

Unfortunately, we have no way of identifying the people who have looked at your ad. However, if someone responds to your ad, our system will send the message to your email address. Additionally, people may decide to call you on the telephone, if you included your number in your ad.


How do I search for my ad?

You can search for your ad two ways. You can type your email and ad password into the search bar and our system will take you directly to your ad. Or you can set your location and go to the category your ad was posted in. I keep getting search results that are not close to what I am searching for. Am I doing something wrong? The way our search works, is you can set your location and then search for a specific type of job, car, item, etc. Our system will then supply results that match your specifications exactly, and then it will show similar or nearby results. When we do not have a lot of ads that match your criteria, you will start to see ads that may be farther away than what you are looking for.


How do I register?

To register an account, you must first post a free ad. You do not need an account to browse or respond to ads, however once you post an ad you will be eligible for a free account.


How do I log in to my account?

Go to our Log In page and enter your Email address and the password you created.


How do I change my email?

To change your email, please log in and go to the Edit ad section. Next, locate the 'Your Information' section and click 'Edit your info'. On the next page, simply erase your email address and type the new one. Click the 'Save changes' button. The next time you log in, you will need to use your updated email address.

How do I verify my email address?

To verify your email address, you must be logged in to your account. Go to the Edit ad page and click 'Send verification email now.' This will send you the verification email. In that email, follow the web address that we provided. You may be required to create a password.

How do I stay safe using MedAdverts.com?
